Tap Dancers’ Routines
Currently in tap we’re preparing a military march and a tap
dance to Mack The Knife, which was a
very popular song in the 1930s in Germany. I really enjoy it, but some of the steps are
challenging and for the military march you have to get it just right, so that it’s
just like a military drill. When we get
it right, it’s really effective!
The marching shows an army preparing for war, as Germany did
in the late 1930s. For Mack The Knife we have is sparkly
waistcoats, which look great!
