WEEK 13

In preparation for the show we have put together a display in the library to whet pupils’ and teachers’ appetites and to encourage them to look at associated literature.  Girls are particularly fascinated by the 1930s cabaret scene. Our thanks, once again, go to the Design Technology Department for the crafting of the Phoenix from the Ashes to represent the German Economic  Miracle (Wirtschaftswunder) of the 1950s.  Our gratitude also goes to Mrs Lingham, our chief librarian, and her team for their artistic input, enthusiasm and creativity in arranging the display.
